CURFEW SECTION 50.174: Minors between sixteen (16) and eighteen (18) years of age: Midnight and 5:00 a.m. any night preceding a school day, and between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on any other day. CURFEW DRIVING LAW N.R.S.
For those under the age of fifteen (15) years between the hours of ten p.m. and five a.m.; For those age fifteen (15) years but less than eighteen (18) years between the hours of midnight and five a.m.
RULES OF THE CITY FOR VISITORS UNDER 21
Both The Strip and Downtown Las Vegas have a curfew of 9 p.m. Luckily, everywhere else in Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin extend the curfew to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and midnight for Fridays and Saturdays to give you a little extra time out on the town.
It's worth noting there is already a curfew in place in the City of Las Vegas, but for those under 18. The curfew is for 10 p.m. on weeknights, and midnight on weekends. On the Strip, the curfew is even stricter on weekends especially, at 9 p.m.
Age of Majority in Nevada
The "age of majority" is 18 in most states. For those younger than 18, legal age laws also dictate certain rights and responsibilities for minors. For instance, Nevada's legal age laws state that a child that is 16 or older may be emancipated by judicial order.
Nevada's age of consent is 16. Any adult can have sex with a teenager 16 through 18 without legal consequences. When the offender is 18 through 20 in a statutory sexual seduction case, this accusation brings a gross misdemeanor charge. This could mean up to a year in jail and $2,000 in fines.

For example, an otherwise consensual sexual encounter between an 18-year-old and a 14-year-old is a crime. However, a consensual sexual encounter between an 18-year-old and a 15-year-old is legal.
